Agatha Wright

Agatha Wright is a passionate advocate for the arts and community development, having previously served as a Development Associate at Broadway Community and Activity Center, where she scaled the organization to a $1.2 million budget since its inception in 2022. She also worked as a grant officer and consultant for Evolutionary Arts Life Foundation, successfully raising over $500,000 to support transformative youth arts initiatives. Agatha’s professional experience also includes notable roles with leading art organizations, including the National Gallery of Art, Miami City Ballet, and AileyCamp Miami at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. At Fluxus Haus Inc., she championed capacity-building for artists and nonprofits, contributing to successful fundraising efforts totaling over $3.5 million for partners.

Agatha holds a BA in Art History from the University of California, Riverside, and an Entrepreneurship Certification from Harvard Business School. Committed to advancing artistic growth, she supports initiatives that address healthcare access, art education for neurodivergent individuals, harm reduction, and mental well-being. By ensuring the intersection of arts, public health, and community service creates lasting impact, Agatha positions creativity as a vital nexus for progress and innovation, catalyzing new possibilities for artists, communities, and changemakers alike.
