Frank Panopoulos

Frank Panopoulos is a human rights attorney.  His work currently includes representing prisoners held at the Guantánamo Bay Naval Base and in Florida state prison.  After clerking in the federal court for the Eastern District of New York and the federal Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, he worked at the global law firm White & Case LLP, where he practiced international litigation and arbitration until retiring in 2020.  Prior to law school, he was an NGO representative at the United Nations for Pax Christi International.
